Win a Car!!!

Comparative Market Analysis (CMA)

The Queensland Government wants to protect YOU from unethical and unprofessional Real Estate Agents.

Amendments to the Property Agents and Motor Dealers Act (PAMD) has meant that individual agents can now be fined up to $40,500 if they over-quote the value of your property.

If a value sounds simply too good to be true - it probably is ...

To ensure that an agent’s assessment of the value of your home is accurate, an agent MUST now supply you with a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA). A CMA is defined as examples of three properties of similar style and standard, which have been sold within a 5km radius of your home within the previous six months. A copy of the CMA MUST be given to you, or if not, a written explanation of why not, and how the agent came to determine your home’s value.

Northstar Property Services will always accurately assess the current market value of your home and provide the CMA to prove it - guaranteed!!!
